Whew!

My fall semester Moot Court responsibilities are finally complete! I can now come up for air. At the closure of all the activities, what was I left with? A huge headache. Surprisingly, Excedrin did not make it go away.

I am starting to come to terms with my jealousy of J.Lo. A true sign that a friend has entered my inner circle is if he or she will routinely come to me with J.Lo Reports. "She was on Making the Video this morning... she said that she is marrying Ben Affleck... they debuted her new video...."

I also realized that my "love affair" with Indian food never ended. When the critical question "What should I eat?" arises, I consistently choose Indian whether or not I am conscious of how many times I've already had it that week. There is a great place on Friars Road called Tandoor I frequent, and I can get my mango lassi fix there, too. In times of desperate hunger but principled refusal to not succumb to the peanut butter and jelly sandwich, basmati rice fills the void.

After a week of unexpected roommate drama, the dust settled and I was slightly mollified by coming home to a very clean kitchen.

I did very well in the Moot Court competition. I exceeded my own (very low) expectations, and for that I am satisfied. I now have a couple extra bullets on my resume and the motivation to improve and outdo my own accomplishments.

As a reward for all the hard work, I may treat myself to a game of The Sims.
