Fun With Mnemonics
At last! A blogging post that will teach you a little sumpin' sumpin'. In honor of my (continued) commitment to the pursuit of a legal license, I will share here some of my best and most treasured mnemonics for the upcoming California Bar exam. Feel free to use them, in ridiculously burdensome testing situations or to not impress friends at parties.
So, this is how my mind learns things. In desperation.

the girl with the bar exam is totally biting your style. she just posted bar mnemonics too. yours are way better though.
Hi JDub,
I've done well avoiding this nutso's blog, since it unpleasantly hearkens back Summer 2004, and I'm having quite a time with Summer 2005. But I had to check out her mnemonics. I'd say that it is a whole other exam in and of itself learning those cryptic, garbled combinations. And please let's put the stopper on more variations for Statute of Frauds (what, is MY LEGS not enough?) or Adverse Possession (ECHO, OCEAN, et al.). Anyway, the bulk of my mnemonics at this point look like robot names or library call numbers. Yeah, time well spent at the Bar exam writing them all out!
